Goalie Training
These training's will be run by Crease Beast Goalie Trainers
Location: Miller Place High School (Stadium Turf)

Revolution Athletics/Directors Clinics
These training's consist of speed and agility, strength, conditioning and lacrosse skills
The speed and agility, strength and conditioning training's will be run by Revolution Athletics (Website)
The Lacrosse skills trainings will be run by Empire Directors.
For these team training's all players players will need sneakers and MUST bring full equipment to be used for the Lacrosse Skills portion of the training sessions.
