APPAREL HANDOUT!

HANDOUT DATES

Wednesday, April 19th

4:00-8:00PM

 

LOCATION: Dynamic Sports Training Center- 71 Mall Drive Commack NY 11725

+ Player and ONE parent/guest are welcome to come pick up uniform package

+ Balances MUST read $0 to pick up player gear pack. See below for more information.

 

Players will pick up the joggers and tech tee!

Uniforms, Shorts, and Full Zips were released in the fall handout.

 

If you have an outstanding balance- If your balance reads more than $0, we will hold on to the player gear pack. Once the balance is paid in full and reads $0, you will be welcome to schedule an appointment to come pick up the gear at the Headquarters office in Commack. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you are on a private payment plan, please note you will NOT be able to pick up your player gear pack if your payment plan runs through April 19th. Once the payment plan is completed and the balance reads $0 we will coordinate an appointment to pick up the gear at the Headquarters office in Commack.

If you want you apparel mailed out- If you are unable to pick up the gear onsite we will ship it out. Shipping cost will equal $30 and will ship USPS 2 day delivery.  If you pick up on site there is no charge, if you are unable to attend either handout date the team at LI Empire will mail out your gear and auto charge your account $30. If you would rather your gear be shipped, please send an email to info@liempirelacrosse.com.

If you cannot attend due to conflict- No worries! You are welcome to schedule an appointment to pick up your apparel package at the Dynamic Office. Please note we require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to coming in. We cannot accept walk in’s at this time. You must schedule an appointment if you are unable to attend the handout on 4/19.
